When paying by check, write your child’s first and last name on the check, also their ID #. Use a separate check for each child to ensure that the correct amount of money is applied to each child’s account.
Please make sure your child has money for meals every day. If you need to know how much money is on your child’s account, call the school’s cafeteria manager. The cashier can also tell your child the account balance.
The Mitchell County School System’s charge policy states that a child may charge up to five (5) times then he/she will be served a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, fruit and milk.Free & Reduced Meals:
To apply for free or reduced price meals, please contact the School Nutrition Department at 336-2100, ext 1402 for an application or click here to print an application.We cannot approve an application that is not complete, so be sure to fill out all required information. Return the completed application to your child's school.
